The Stretch-n-Grow approach to exercise for young children is the same used by adults, yet the methods and intensity are age appropriate. As fitness professionals we are charged with creating a training program that continually challenges our participants. Combining three components of fitness: strength, flexibility, and endurance, we deveop purposeful exercise routines that target muscle groups and teach children how to improve strength. |
Toddlers (18 months +) and Two's Children experience a fun filled fitness adventure in an imaginative class using songs, games, music, equipment, and stories. This class helps develop social, language, and gross motor skills while moving and exercising. |
Preschool Fitness Adventures These classes are designed for children ages 3 - 5 to discover how fun fitness can be! Stretch-n-Grow "Stars" have tons of fun learning to be healthy and fit through stories, games, music, equipment, and activities. Each class is complete with a warm-up, cardiovascular exercise, strength training, coordination work, cool down, and stretching. Discussion on health related topics such as exercise, nutrition, safety, hygiene, and self-esteem round out our weekly lessons.

B*O*O*T *C*A*M*P Extreme Fitness Hard Work and Fun for Schoolers!
Vigorous physical activity to increase strength, endurance, flexibility, and team work is what you can find in this fun filled camp. Using energizing music kids know and love, your children are sure to learn how to have fun being fit. |
CHEER CAMP (ages 4 and up) Give you kids the spirit of cheerleading and the gift of school spirit with this eight week camp! Children learn basics of cheer such as arm motions, jumps, cheers, chants, and a dance. Cheerleaders also learn how important team work is within a squad and the importance of being healthy. Camp ends by giving our Star Squad the opportunity to perform in front of a crowd with an invitation to our Star Squad Pep Rally!

Sports Camp
Preschool Sports Camp (Ages 3 - 5) During this eight week camp, children are introduced to a variety of sports and the virtues of good sportsmanship. From basketball to soccer to baseball and more... Each class consists of a warm-up, endurance, sport activity, and cool down ending with stretching.
Afterschool Sports Camp (6 years - 12 years) This camp gives children an opportunity to experience other sports they may have not tried before and zero in on the skills required for the ones they have. Over an eight week period, children will practice skills for two weeks in basketball, soccer, and baseball and spend one week with track and field and football.
